How do they rate the flexibility of snowboards?

I've noticed looking at certain "park boards" used by snowboarders riding in terrain parks, they seem to have more flexibility or bend in the board than my board when taking jumps or grinds. Do manufacturers actually rate the flexibility of boards when establishing the specifications? And if so where can I find this information when choosing a new snowboard?
