Loose binding screw...how should I fix this?

Recently I purchased a rather cheap off brand snowboard (regrettably) and have had many issues with the screw securing the bindings coming loose. I am forced to carry a screw driver on the mountain with me. Everybody makes fun of me for having to constantly tighten my bindings. Can anybody recommend a fix for this? Is there a way for me to secure the connection so that I don't have to keep tightening it (but I'd also like to be able to remove it if necessary..so no super-glue solutions please!). Hopefully I don't have to go out and buy new equipment as I don't have that much money to spare right now.

Go to Walmart and purchase a tube of loctite. Apply the paste to the screws and the holes on the board then tighten. It should significantly improve the hold of the screw but still allow you to remove your bindings with ease.
