I'm more of a beginner rider, but am getting comfortable taking jumps and hitting some rails. One thing I can't do is those cool flatland tricks that you see some of the more pro riders doing. I'm not sure what they are called but it looks like a manual where the rider spins the board around with one end held up in the air and occasionally pops into a 180 or 360.

Any references or videos that could help me out would be great!
